Vendor Bank Control
Every vendor bank account add or change becomes a request in NetSuite. The requester states the reason and how the details were verified, attaches the evidence, and the right people approve it. The account only goes live when they do.
Controller, Assistant Controller, CFO: set the chain once. A request waits for the people it needs and nobody else.
Bank letter, callback to a known number, or both. Evidence files are held in a locked folder that only the approvers can open. Everyone else sees the file name and nothing more.
Who raised it, who checked it, who approved it, what changed, and when. Every file stored, and every one refused, is on the record. One page per account, ready for the auditor.
A bank letter is as sensitive as the account it proves. The control treats it that way.
Files go into a folder that only the approver roles can open. A copied link is dead for anyone else, logged in or not.
Unsupported file types are refused before the request exists. Up to ten files per request, each kept byte for byte.
A file that could not be stored shows on the request with the reason, to the requester and the approver, so a missing letter is never a surprise at approval.
Vendor Requests, next in the family
Procurement raises a request. The vendor completes a signed form. The answers land in NetSuite for review, with automatic checks, before the vendor record and its bank account are created and sent for approval.

SuiteScript and SuiteCloud only. No middleware, no external database, no new logins. Your data and your evidence files stay in your NetSuite account.
A setup assistant asks for your approver roles, verification methods and payment formats, then runs a test request. E-signature forms connect to your own DocuSign account.
A short call, a demo in a NetSuite account, and a plain price.
